On arrival we waited 45 minutes for a driver to collect our car.This resulted in being later than expected for check in which meant my family were split up for our flight. Our return journey we waited 30 minutes for a driver to return our car, this service was supposed to take the stress out of airport parking, unfortunately it added to it. Not good.
